Role & responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Accounting
Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Ind AS .
Ensure compliance with Schedule III of the Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable accounting standards.
Manage plant accounting operations, inventory accounting, and cost-related records.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

MIS & Management Reporting
Prepare plant-level MIS reports, variance analysis, and management reports.
Coordinate with Holding Company for consolidation of financial data and reporting requirements.
Provide actionable insights to management through financial analysis and performance monitoring.

Audit & Compliance
Coordinate and manage quarterly and annual internal/statutory audits.
Liaise with auditors and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
Support assessment proceedings and coordinate with consultants for representations and submissions.

Taxation & Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, Customs, FEMA, PF, ESI, Labour Laws, and other statutory requirements.




Monitor and implement changes in regulatory and taxation frameworks affecting business operations.

Import & Export Finance
Exposure to Forex management;
Handle accounting and compliance aspects related to import and export transactions.
Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with applicable regulations.

Budgeting & Team Management
Lead the plant finance and accounts team.
Assessment of Woking Capital requirements ,Banking, compilation of data, statements etc., to Banks ;
Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts in coordination with cross-functional departments.
Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls.

Preferred candidate profile
Chartered Accountant Or CA Finalist
Prior experience in a listed company workplace preferred.
Prior experience in manager in finance department of manufacturing plant is preferred.
Solid analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Tally, along with advanced MS Excel skills.
