Role Description This is a full time, on-site Content Writer role based in Vijayawada. The Content Writer will plan, draft, and refine educational and web-based content for courses, learning materials, and related digital assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching topics, outlining content structures, writing transparent and engaging copy, and ensuring all content aligns with the organization’s educational objectives and brand guidelines. The role also involves proofreading and revising content for accuracy, consistency, and readability, collaborating with trainers and subject matter experts,



and optimizing materials for online delivery and learner engagement.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Web Content Writing and general Writing skills to create clear, structured, and learner-friendly materials.
Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan content calendars, define formats, and align materials with program and organizational goals.
Candidates should possess Research skills to gather accurate information from reliable sources and translate complex concepts into accessible content.
Candidates should possess Proofreading skills to review and refine content for grammar, spelling, tone, and consistency.
Excellent command of written English and solid attention to detail.
Ability to work on-site in Vijayawada and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Prior experience in educational content development or e-learning is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Education, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
