Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, financial records, GST compliance, and vendor payments for our retail and garment business.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally Prime.
Handle sales, purchase, billing, and invoicing.
Manage GST returns, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Perform bank reconciliation and cash/bank entries.
Handle accounts payable, receivable, and vendor payments.
Maintain expense records, petty cash, and stock-related entries.
Reconcile vendor accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist with monthly reports, audits, and financial closing.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Practical experience in GST, TDS, and bookkeeping.
Knowledge of bank reconciliation and inventory accounting.
Experience in retail, apparel, garment manufacturing,



or trading preferred.
Valuable numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

Candidate Requirements
2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Candidates from Gurgaon and nearby areas preferred.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Work Location: In office, Udyog Vihar Phase 5, Gurugram.
