About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated qualified to join our team as an Internal Audit Specialist (Non-Financial Services). This role is pivotal in ensuring our internal processes adhere to compliance standards and operational excellence. You will play a key role in identifying risks, evaluating controls, and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive internal audits to assess the effectiveness of controls, accuracy of financial records, and efficiency of operations.
Develop and implement audit plans, ensuring compliance with established protocols and industry regulations such as IFC and SOX.
Collaborate with various departments to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations and present findings to senior management.




Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and assess their impact on business operations.
Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices.

Requirements:
A minimum of 4 year of experience in internal auditing, with a solid understanding of audit principles and practices.
Proven expertise in working with IFC and SOX requirements.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders across the organization.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a rapid-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced certifications in Internal Audit or related fields.
Experience in conducting audits within a team.
