Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Caller role based in Mumbai. The Caller will contact prospective and existing clients, explain services clearly, and record key details from each conversation. Daily responsibilities include making outbound and receiving inbound calls, answering queries, providing basic information, and scheduling appointments or follow-ups as needed. The role also involves maintaining accurate call logs, updating client records, and escalating complex issues to senior team members.



The Caller will work closely with the advisory team to support client engagement and ensure a qualified, courteous experience in every interaction.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to speak clearly and confidently over the phone.
Candidates should possess fundamental customer service skills, including patience, empathy, and a professional telephone manner.
Candidates should possess basic data entry and documentation skills, with attention to detail for maintaining accurate call and client records.
Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills to handle call volumes, follow-ups, and daily targets effectively.
Relevant skills such as fluency in English and local languages, comfort with using office software and telecalling tools, and the ability to learn about financial or advisory services are beneficial.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
