We are looking for a responsible Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise service staff, maintain food and service standards, and ensure a positive dining experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant service operations.
Allocate duties and monitor staff performance.
Ensure timely and qualified customer service.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth food service.
Handle customer complaints and special requests.
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and grooming standards.
Check table arrangements and restaurant readiness.
Assist with inventory checks and stock monitoring.
Support the Restaurant Manager with daily reports.
Ensure compliance with restaurant SOPs.
