The Opportunity

The Chief Business Officer will lead commercial growth across existing and emerging B2B and B2C businesses. This is a hands-on leadership role with accountability for revenue generation, market expansion, commercial performance and team leadership, working closely with the Founder & CEO.

B2B – Institutional, Corporate & Enterprise Business

Expand university, institutional and corporate relationships; develop strategic collaborations and enterprise learning solutions; lead negotiations and key accounts; scale academic content, executive education and corporate learning revenue.

B2C – Learner Acquisition & Skilled Education

Lead growth in professional education, hybrid and online management programs and executive learning; develop digital and direct sales channels; strengthen conversion, learner experience and acquisition economics.

Revenue Growth & Commercial Leadership





Own business growth and profitability across verticals; build repeatable sales and distribution channels; lead high-performing commercial teams; establish forecasting, pipeline visibility, accountability and execution discipline.

Current Business & Market Expansion

Identify recent products, learner segments and revenue streams; evaluate opportunities in AI-enabled learning, micro-credentials and upskilling; expand selectively across Indian and international markets.

The Ideal Candidate

MBA with 15 years of experience in business and revenue leadership; proven ability to scale B2B and B2C

businesses; strong commercial and profitability orientation; experience in higher education, EdTech,

executive education, enterprise services or related sectors; skilled in team-building, digital acquisition,

partnerships and hands-on execution.

Compensation: Competitive, with performance-linked incentives, commensurate with experience.
