"Key Requirements:"
5+ years of HR experience in the Telecom industry.
Robust understanding of "UCaaS, CPaaS, Cloud Communications, Contact Center, and Agentic AI"
Ability to screen and interview candidates based on technical/product knowledge.
Experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
Ability to manage HR operations, employee relations, policies, and performance management.
Robust communication and people-management skills.
Ability to work closely with management and build the right team.
