Technical Sales & Tendering Executive

Qualification: Graduate in any technical stream (Diploma / BE / BTech preferred)

Experience: Candidates with any relevant technical experience in engineering, tendering,

technical sales, or a similar role are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare technical and commercial tenders, quotations, and bids.
Review technical specifications, engineering data, and customer requirements.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
Prepare and submit day-to-day quotations to public sector undertakings (PSUs) and

private companies.
Communicate directly with customers to understand their requirements and provide

appropriate solutions.
Coordinate internally with the production team to follow up on order status, delivery

schedules, and technical clarifications.
Ensure timely submission of quotations and tender documents.




Follow up with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth coordination and

timely execution of requirements.

Required Skills
Basic technical knowledge and the ability to understand engineering drawings and

specifications.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to prepare quotations and technical documentation accurately.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
A proactive approach, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Ideal Candidate: A technically inclined candidate who can combine technical understanding

with commercial coordination, customer communication, and tender preparation.

Gross Salary : INR 35,000pm
