· Identify client(organization's) training needs and propose suitable programs and internationalcertifications.

· Design, plan, andcoordinate training schedules, instructors, and logistics.

· Deliver professionalpresentations and proposals to clients across India.

· Maintain solid, long-termrelationships with key clients and corporate partners.

· Conduct market research ontraining trends, competitor offerings, and emerging learning needs.





· Collaborate with trainersand subject matter experts to ensure high-quality program delivery.

· Support the preparation oftechnical and financial proposals for tenders and training projects.

· Monitor clientsatisfaction, gather feedback, and recommend continuous improvements.

· Represent the companyprofessionally during client meetings, exhibitions, and conferences.

· Keep an updated customerdatabase.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HumanResources, or related field.

Previous experience in B2B sales required

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a trainingconsultancy, L&D;, or corporate training setting.

Demonstrated experience dealing with GCC corporateclients (India).

Excellent communication and presentation skills inEnglish.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRMexperience is an advantage.
