Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead the discovery, design, and delivery of AI use cases across finance workflows and enterprise operations.
Develop NLP and LLM-enabled solutions that automate multi-step processes and improve access to business insights.
Translate ambiguous business requirements into solution approaches, data needs, workflow designs, and delivery plans.
Work with global Finance teams and engineering partners to validate solutions, incorporate feedback, and support adoption.
Contribute to responsible AI governance, program planning, milestone tracking, and delivery risk mitigation.

Skills Required:
5 - 11 years of experience in applied AI, machine learning engineering, advanced analytics, or business analytics.




Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing and Large Language Model applications.
Experience designing applied AI or advanced analytics solutions for business workflows and decision support.
Practical experience using Palantir in analytics, data, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
Ability to define end-to-end AI solution approaches, including workflow integration, validation, and operational rollout.

Valuable to Have:
Experience with Agentic AI and agent-based workflow automation.

Education: Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related discipline.
