Mandatory Skills:
2+ years of experience in Functional Testing.
Robust experience in Loan Origination System (LOS) and Collections domain.
Hands-on experience in API Testing using tools such as Postman, Swagger, or Rest Assured.
Understanding of lending lifecycle, loan processing, collections, delinquency management, and recovery processes.
Experience in creating test scenarios, test cases, test execution, and defect management.
Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar defect tracking tools.
Basic SQL knowledge for database validation.
Experience in SIT, UAT, Regression, Integration, and End-to-End Testing.

Key Responsibilities:
Validate LOS and Collections application functionalities and workflows.
Perform functional, integration, and API testing.
Verify API request/response payloads, status codes, and business validations.
Create and execute test cases based on business requirements.
Log, track, and retest defects until closure.
Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product teams for issue resolution.
Support UAT and production validation activities.
