Required Skills
Copilot Studio Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, agent creation and configuration, topics trigger phrases, instructions, knowledge sources and generative orchestration. Tools, actions, agent flows and Power Automate integration. Publishing agents to Teams, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft D365 or other supported channels. Debugging and testing Copilot Studio conversations.
Understanding of D365 technical architecture including navigation modules, D365 data models (entities/tables), security model and Dataverse architecture.
Exposing D365 data to Copilot Studio agents.
Understanding with one or more Dynamics 365 apps/processes: Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Contact Center, Dynamics 365 Field Service, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain.
Nice to have Power Platform: Power Automate cloud flows, Dataverse, Power Apps, model-driven apps, Custom connectors, Setting variables, Connection references,



Power Platform solution export/import, DLP policy awareness.
Integration API skills: REST API integration, Delegated vs application permissions in Microsoft Graph API, Integrate Copilot with D365 applications.
Preferred Skills/Positive to Have: Dynamics 365 Finance Operations or Customer Service/Contact Center implementation experience; Omnichannel IVR chat or voice agent experience; Knowledge of Dataverse security roles and business units; Experience with Azure Functions or Azure API Management; Azure AI Search; Azure AI Foundry exposure; Application Insights for telemetry and diagnostics.
