Role & responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate loan leads.
Explain loan products, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and basic documentation requirements.
Understand customer requirements and collect relevant information.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Coordinate with the sales and documentation team for further processing.
Maintain daily call records, customer details, and lead status in Excel or CRM.
Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead generation targets.

Preferred candidate profile
Valuable communication skills in Kannada, Hindi and English.
Confident speaking and customer-handling abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.




Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous experience in telecalling, sales, banking, or loans will be preferred. Freshers can also apply.
