Roles and Responsibilities GoDaddy
Handle customer queries related to domain registration, web hosting, and website services.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling of relevant products.
Provide excellent customer service through effective communication.
Maintain high standards of verbal and written communication with minimal grammatical errors.
Achieve assigned sales targets and performance KPIs.
Explain product features, advantages, and pricing to customers.
Maintain accurate customer information and follow process guidelines.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduation is mandatory.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Comfortable working in night shifts.
Must be comfortable with sales and upselling.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Experienced candidates should have a transparent understanding of their previous experience and performance KPIs.
