Responsibilities
Develop and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports to meet business intelligence requirements.

Ensure data quality, consistency and accuracy through validation and testing of dashboards and data sources.
Monitor and optimize Tableau workbook performance for efficiency and scalability.
Stay updated with the latest Tableau features, best practices and industry trends to continuously improve reporting capabilities.
Support data governance by maintaining documentation and adhering to organizational standards.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving Tableau-related issues including connectivity and data refresh failures.
Lead the design and implementation of Tableau dashboards that provide actionable business insights.




Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Tableau reports including development, deployment and maintenance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, analysts and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on data visualization standards.
Perform root cause analysis and resolve issues related to Tableau performance and data integration.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on Tableau best practices and visualization techniques.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance dashboard usability and reporting efficiency.
Support user access management, security configurations and adherence to data privacy policies.
