Role Description The Internal Auditor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad within a manufacturing setting. The individual in this role will conduct internal audits of financial and operational processes, review documentation, and evaluate internal controls across various departments. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing audit assignments, analyzing data and transactions, preparing clear and accurate audit reports, and following up on corrective actions with process owners. The Internal Auditor will collaborate with finance and operations teams, communicate findings and recommendations,



and support compliance with company policies and relevant standards. The role also involves identifying areas for process improvement, mitigating risk, and contributing to stronger governance practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Audit Reports and Financial Audits, with experience preparing structured audit documentation and recommendations.
Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge to interpret data, assess controls, and understand manufacturing cost structures.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and write clear audit summaries.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; skilled certifications (e.g., CIA, CA, CMA) are an advantage.
2–5 years of experience in internal audit or related roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with familiarity in internal controls, risk management, and compliance.
Solid ethical standards, attention to detail, proficiency in MS Excel and other audit tools, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
