Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups and lead conversions.
Counsel prospects on course details, benefits, fees and admission processes.
Achieve monthly sales and enrolment targets.
Maintain lead details and follow-ups in CRM.
Requirements
Experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Education Counselling or Business Development preferred.
Excellent communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented with solid customer-handling abilities.
Experience in EdTech or education sales is an advantage.
Immediate joiners preferred.
