Role Description The Inside Sales Executive (EdTech) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, identifying prospective learners, and generating leads for EdTech programs and services. The Inside Sales Executive will present course offerings, explain features and benefits, handle objections, and guide potential learners through the enrollment process. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following up with leads, coordinating with the marketing and operations teams, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role also requires providing explicit, professional communication and excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all prospective learners.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills,



with experience in meeting targets and closing enrollments or subscriptions.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation and prospecting skills to identify, qualify, and nurture potential learners for EdTech offerings.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, build trust, and respond to inquiries effectively.
Candidates should possess basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools or sales management software.
Relevant experience in EdTech, education counseling, or tele-sales is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred, along with the ability to work in a target-driven, in office setting in Bengaluru.
