Skills Required:
Bachelor's Degree required
Preferred Fields of Study: Accounting, Finance, or related field
Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is advantageous
Proficiency in major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards) and Microsoft Excel
Strong understanding of accounting principles, month-end close processes, and financial controls
Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Familiarity with account reconciliations and journal entry preparation
Knowledge of SOX compliance and internal control frameworks
Solid organizational skills with ability to meet strict deadlines
Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
Familiarity with financial reporting tools and systems (Hyperion, BlackLine) preferred
System automation and process improvement mindset
Customer-focused approach with ability to build solid stakeholder relationships
Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes
Demonstrated commitment to integrity and professional ethics
