Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced HR Manager / HR Business Partner who is comfortable working in a startup environment and can help build a strong, scalable people function. The role combines HR Business Partnering, culture building, talent development, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations, and will require someone who is equally comfortable with strategic initiatives and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive HR initiatives aligned with business objectives, organizational culture, and values.
Partner with functional leaders on talent requirements, workforce planning, and people priorities.
Strengthen employee engagement, organizational culture, and retention.
Manage performance management, employee relations, grievance resolution, and key employee lifecycle processes.




Oversee HR operations including payroll, benefits, HR data, policies, and statutory compliance.
Drive learning and development initiatives to strengthen employee and leadership capabilities.
Improve HR policies, systems, and processes as the organization continues to scale.
Promote an inclusive, transparent, and cooperative work environment.

Experience & Qualifications:
8 + years of progressive HR experience in a growing or dynamic organization.
Solid experience in HR Business Partnering, employee engagement, talent management, and culture building.
Good understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and Indian labour laws.
Experience in performance management, learning & development, and employee relations.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced setting.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
