About PRNIK PLAST

PRNIK PLAST is a manufacturing company specialising in plastic moulding, OEM components, and cold chain packaging solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities at our Sanaswadi manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries, vouchers, purchase bills, sales invoices, and expense records.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and customer outstanding follow-ups.
Verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, delivery challans, and supporting documents.
Maintain petty cash, cash book, bank book, and perform bank reconciliations.
Assist with GST returns, TDS compliance, e-invoicing, and other statutory requirements.
Track vendor outstanding payments and customer receivables and prepare periodic reports.
Maintain records of raw material purchases, inventory transactions, and production-related expenses in coordination with the stores and production teams.
Assist in monthly closing,



ledger reconciliation, and preparation of financial statements.
Coordinate with the company's auditor, CA, banks, suppliers, and internal departments as required.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of all financial records.

Eligibility & Qualifications
B.Com graduate or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
2–4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing company.
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Experience with purchase accounting, vendor reconciliation, and inventory accounting will be an advantage.
Valuable numerical accuracy, organisational skills, and attention to detail.

Responsible, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
Comfortable working at a manufacturing plant in Sanaswadi.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage deadlines and maintain accurate financial records.
