You will also gather necessary documentation and follow up with clients to facilitate loan approvals. Fieldwork and travel within Bathinda will be essential, so a valid driving license and a two-wheeler are required.

To succeed as a Field Officer, you should possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in Punjabi and Hindi, and have a basic understanding of English.
