Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Agra. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and records maintenance. The role involves administering HR policies, supporting employee benefits processes, and assisting with performance management and employee relations. The specialist will coordinate recruitment activities, schedule interviews, support new hire integration, and help ensure compliance with labor regulations. The role also includes preparing HR reports, supporting HR initiatives,



and partnering with management to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess core Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including experience with day-to-day HR operations.
Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies and Employee Benefits, with the ability to interpret, implement, and communicate policies clearly.
Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management, including employee relations, performance support, and maintaining accurate employee records.
Relevant skills such as knowledge of labor laws, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with HR software or HRIS systems are beneficial.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams are required.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with prior experience in an HR role, is preferred.
