Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Credit Manager based in Indore. The Credit Manager will evaluate credit proposals, analyze financial statements, and assess the creditworthiness of new and existing customers across EFL’s product portfolio. Responsibilities include setting and reviewing credit limits, monitoring portfolio performance, and ensuring adherence to internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines.



The role involves collaborating with sales and operations teams to structure credit solutions, mitigate risks, and maintain a healthy asset quality. The Credit Manager will also prepare credit reports, recommend approvals or rejections, and contribute to continuous improvement of credit processes.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust expertise in Credit Management and Credit Risk Management.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and a good understanding of Finance.
Candidates should possess practical experience in Credit evaluation and portfolio monitoring.
Relevant academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (graduate or postgraduate degree preferred).
Knowledge of NBFC operations, lending products, and regulatory requirements is beneficial.
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work ethically, make sound judgments, and manage timelines in a quick-paced setting.
