Experience: 3–4 Years
Qualification: CA / CA Inter / M.Com
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Mandatory Requirement: Prior experience working in a Chartered Accountancy (CA) firm.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare Transfer Pricing documentation, reports, and related compliance deliverables.
Conduct benchmarking studies, comparable company searches, and economic analyses.
Assist in Transfer Pricing compliance, assessments, audits, and litigation matters.
Analyse cross-border transactions and intercompany arrangements.
Research Transfer Pricing regulations, international tax provisions, and applicable guidelines.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely completion of assignments.
Support the preparation of submissions and responses to tax authorities.
