Role Description This is a full time, on-site Salesperson role based in Vadodara. The Salesperson will engage directly with customers, introduce Verdura Naturals products, answer questions, and provide recommendations that align with customer needs. Daily responsibilities include managing in-store or local sales activities, maintaining product displays, processing orders, and ensuring accurate billing and documentation. The role also involves following up with leads, supporting promotional campaigns, collecting customer feedback, and working with the internal team to meet and exceed sales targets.



The Salesperson is expected to uphold brand standards, maintain a professional appearance, and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse customers.
Proven ability in sales or customer service, including handling inquiries, closing sales, and meeting targets.
Basic knowledge of retail operations, such as inventory handling, billing, and documentation.
Ability to understand and explain product features, benefits, and usage in transparent, straightforward language.
Comfort working on-site in Vadodara, with a proactive, reliable, and punctual work ethic.
Good organizational skills, including time management and attention to detail when recording transactions.
Willingness to learn about natural and wellness-focused products and stay updated on new offerings.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in FMCG, wellness, or retail sales is an advantage.
