We are looking for a responsible and active Floor Manager to handle daily operations and employee coordination in our car detailing studio. The candidate should ensure smooth workflow, timely delivery, proper staff management, and quality service. Responsibilities: Manage daily floor operations and employee schedules Monitor PPF installers, painters, restoration workers, and contractual staff Ensure work is completed on time without delays Follow up on pending works and delivery schedules Coordinate with tinker, paint, and detailing teams Maintain discipline and productivity on the work floor Provide daily work updates to higher management Handle customer delivery coordination when required Reduce labor issues and maintain smooth teamwork
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
