Fashion Designer — Indo-Western Womenswear (Azira)

Azira is hiring a Fashion Designer to build trend-led indo-western collections for women, designed to sell across leading e-commerce marketplaces. You will own the range from concept to final sample, working closely with our in-house manufacturing team.

About Azira & the role

Azira is a women's apparel brand (est. 2016, Gurgaon) with in-house manufacturing, selling across Myntra, Amazon, Ajio, Flipkart and Nykaa Fashion. We design trend-led indo-western wear built to perform online.

We're looking for a Fashion Designer who can translate marketplace trends into sellable collections — kurta sets, co-ord sets, dresses, tunics and fusion silhouettes — and carry each style from mood board to production-ready tech pack. You'll sit close to both the market (what's trending and converting on e-commerce) and the factory floor (what we can make well and cost-effectively).

Key responsibilities
Design trend-led indo-western women's collections (kurta sets, co-ord sets, dresses, tunics, fusion wear) aligned to seasonal and marketplace trends.
Build cohesive ranges — plan styles, colours, prints and size mix per collection, keeping an eye on price points and target customer.




Research trends from e-commerce platforms (Myntra, Amazon, Ajio, etc.), social media and the market; translate what's selling into recent designs.
Create tech packs and spec sheets — measurements, construction details, fabric and trim specs — ready for the in-house production team.
Work with the manufacturing team through sampling, fittings and corrections to production-ready approval.
Coordinate with the e-commerce/catalog team so each style is shot, listed and merchandised to convert online.
Track style performance (bestsellers, returns, size issues) and feed learnings back into the next range.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience as a fashion designer in women's apparel, preferably with an e-commerce / online-first brand or marketplace seller.
Degree or diploma in Fashion Design (NIFT, Pearl, or equivalent).
Robust grip on indo-western and ethnic womenswear silhouettes, with a current, trend-aware aesthetic.

Type: Full time.
Experience: 2+ years.
Compensation: 45,000-55,000 per month
Working Day : All Sundays and 2 Saturdays will be off in a week
