Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Manage used car sourcing, valuation, pricing, and inventory.
Lead and motivate the sales team.
Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and deal closures.
Ensure vehicle inspection, documentation, and ownership transfer.
Monitor stock ageing, sales performance, and market trends.
Maintain customer satisfaction and dealership standards.
