Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Graphic Designer cum Video Editor based in Patna, with some flexibility for work from home. The role involves conceptualizing and designing graphics for digital and print media, including social media creatives, marketing materials, presentations, and website assets. The Graphic Designer cum Video Editor will also edit and produce video content such as promotional videos, explainer videos, and short-form social media clips, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with marketing and product teams, creating logos and brand elements, selecting appropriate typography,



preparing design assets for various platforms, and managing multiple design and video projects within deadlines. The role requires active participation in brainstorming, adapting designs based on feedback, and maintaining a consistent visual identity across all materials.

Qualifications
Solid skills in Graphic Design and Graphics creation, including layouts for digital and print media.
Ability to design effective Logo Design and Branding elements that support a cohesive visual identity.
Proficiency in Typography and its application in marketing and communication materials.
Experience with industry-standard design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar).
Demonstrated portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work.
Good understanding of social media and digital marketing requirements for visual content.
Solid attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects.
Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate design ideas clearly.
