Job Purpose
We are looking for a qualified Dermatologist to provide dermatology and cosmetology consultations and treatments, guide the beauty and dermatology team, and support clinic growth through quality services and client care.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and diagnose cosmetic and dermatological concerns.
Recommend suitable treatments, maintenance packages, and homecare products.
Perform dermatology and cosmetology procedures as per company standards.
Guide and train the Beauty & Dermatology team on treatments, techniques, and service standards.
Participate in promotional activities, events, and clinic initiatives.
Monitor dermatology and cosmetology inventory and ensure proper availability of supplies and equipment.
Maintain accurate client treatment records, including before-and-after photographs.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with clinic procedures.Eligibility
Medical degree with specialization in Dermatology.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Dermatology and Cosmetology procedures.
Relevant certifications in Dermatology/Cosmetology preferred.
Positive communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to lead and guide a team.
