Position: Service Advisor
Location: Pondicherry (Puducherry)

Job Description:
Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
Prepare job cards and explain service requirements to customers.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
Provide service estimates and update customers on repair progress.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service feedback.
Maintain service records and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in automobile service advisory or a related role.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Knowledge of two-wheeler servicing and maintenance.
Basic computer knowledge and job card management skills.
