We are Hiring Academic Co-ordinator

Job Description
Coordinate the annual academic calendar, timetables, lesson plans.
Promote experiential, activity-based, interdisciplinary, and student-centred learning.
Monitor academic standards and recommend continuous improvements.
Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
Support teacher mentoring, induction, training, and career development.
Coordinate academic meetings and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Monitor student performance, attendance, participation, and learning outcomes.
Identify students requiring additional support or advanced learning opportunities.
Encourage the integration of academics with sports, creative activities, practical learning, and life skills.
Coordinate with hostel, pastoral care, and student-support teams to maintain consistency between academic and residential routines.
Support students' discipline, responsibility, independence, and overall development.




Ensure academic expectations are implemented with sensitivity to students' individual needs.
Coordinate parent-teacher meetings and communicate student progress professionally.
Address academic concerns in consultation with the Principal/ School management.
Maintain effective coordination among teachers, department heads, management, and residential staff.
Ensure adherence to school policies, approved curriculum guidelines, and academic procedures.
Perform other academic responsibilities assigned by the school management.

Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a relevant subject; B.Ed. preferred or as required for the position.
Minimum 5–8 years of teaching experience, preferably with academic coordination or supervisory exposure.
Experience in a reputed school setting; residential-school experience will be an advantage.
Knowledge of curriculum planning, teacher mentoring, and academic administration.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
