Key Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in developing concept designs, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
Prepare and modify working drawings and construction drawings.
Develop architectural layouts and presentation drawings as required.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site supervisors.
Conduct site visits and verify site measurements and existing conditions.
Assist in preparing BOQ, material specifications, and project documentation.
Ensure drawings and designs comply with project requirements and applicable standards.
Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, interior, and other services.
Review site progress and identify discrepancies between drawings and actual execution.
Assist senior architects in project planning, design development, and execution.
Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, approvals,



and project documents.
Incorporate client feedback and design changes into drawings.
Support the team in delivering projects within agreed time, quality, and design standards.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.).
Robust knowledge of architectural design and construction principles.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3D visualization, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar software will be an advantage.
Positive understanding of construction materials, detailing, and site execution.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
