Generate and qualify leads, and coordinate with the Business Development and Technical teams for further discussions.
Possess a basic understanding of AI-related services and solution s to effectively explain company offerings and engage clients in meaningful conversations.
Maintain explicit and effective communication with clients throughout the lead generation and follow-up process, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on calls, lead status, follow-ups, conversions, and client interactions.
Update and manage client information, call logs, and lead records accurately in CRM systems and internal databases.
Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and appointment-setting targets while contributing to overall business growth and client acquisition efforts.
