Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain dealer/distributor network.
Generate recent business and achieve sales targets.
Visit dealers, retailers and project customers regularly.
Promote company products and increase market coverage.
Handle customer queries and maintain valuable relationships.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare sales reports and follow up on outstanding payments.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Paints / Building Materials / Construction Chemicals preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Solid market knowledge and customer-handling ability.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
