Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with management to develop long-term strategic plans for enabling high customer satisfaction and loyalty, and ultimately, steady sales growth
Establish yearly, quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales goals and ensure sales teams are motivated and encouraged to achieve the same
Conduct regular check-ins with sales teams to monitor progress made towards goals and to identify areas of improvement for increasing sales further
Hire, train, motivate, and advise sales specialists while ensuring positive morale at all times
Develop and execute sales promotion and marketing campaigns within budget to increase brand awareness and thereby boost sales
Travel frequently to meet existing and current customers in person and better understand their business needs and objectives as well as market trends
Contribute to teams efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
