Rays Education is looking for energetic and result-oriented Academic Counsellors to guide students and parents in selecting suitable academic programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to convert enquiries into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel parents about available courses, programs, and admission procedures.
Handle enquiries through calls, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
Provide detailed information about courses, fee structures, and admission requirements.
Build and maintain solid relationships with students and parents.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM systems.
Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams to ensure a smooth enrolment process.
Participate in promotional activities, admission campaigns, and educational events.
Ensure a positive counselling experience and high levels of student and parent satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, academic counselling, or a related field.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to achieve targets and work in a performance-driven setting.
Positive follow-up and lead conversion skills.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
Previous experience in the education sector is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
