Job Overview

We are looking for a target-oriented Counsellor to handle lead generation, student counselling, sales, and admissions. The role involves guiding students, parents, and working professionals on educational programs, study-abroad opportunities, and career-oriented training while ensuring smooth enrolment and achieving business targets.

Roles & Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, digital platforms, referrals, and promotional activities.
Counsel students and parents on courses, eligibility, career opportunities, and study-abroad options.
Manage the admission process, including applications, documentation, follow-ups, and enrolment.
Guide study-abroad applicants on university selection, applications, and visa-related procedures in coordination with relevant teams.
Promote educational programs and training services to prospective customers.
Achieve counselling, admission,



and sales targets through effective lead conversion.
Maintain lead records, follow-ups, and reports using CRM tools or Excel.
Coordinate with internal teams and institutional partners for smooth admissions and onboarding.

Required Skills
Excellent communication, counselling, and negotiation skills.
Solid sales orientation and target-achievement mindset.
Good relationship management and follow-up skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Qualification & Experience
Graduate in any discipline,postgraduate qualification preferred.
1 years of experience in counselling, admissions, sales, business development, or education consulting.
Study-abroad or Online Degree sales experience is an advantage.
