Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily accounting activities, maintain financial records, handle billing, and support the company's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, and payment vouchers.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Maintain bank, cash, and ledger entries.
Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
Handle GST-related documentation and support GST return preparation.
Maintain purchase, sales, expense, and payment records.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers and vendors.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
Maintain proper documentation of invoices, bills, and other financial records.
Coordinate with the sales, purchase, dispatch,



and management teams.
Ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with company procedures.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Understanding of GST, billing, and bank reconciliation.
Valuable numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
Valuable communication and time-management skills.

Educational Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com / BBA in Finance or a related field.
Candidates with relevant accounting certifications will be preferred.

Experience
Freshers can apply.
Experienced candidates with knowledge of accounting, billing, GST, and Tally will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
