Position: Accountant Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant Manager to oversee daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, financial management, and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Prepare and review financial statements, monthly reports, and account reconciliations.
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial transactions to ensure accuracy.
Handle GST returns, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliance requirements.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments as required.
Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and expense claims.




Review financial data and identify discrepancies or opportunities to improve processes.
Assist management with financial analysis and reports for business decisions.

Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial operations.
Positive knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and applicable tax regulations.
Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar systems.
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
Robust analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to meet reporting deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in financial reporting, account reconciliation, and statutory compliance.
Knowledge of auditing procedures and financial controls.
Experience managing accounting records and coordinating with external auditors.
