About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Trainee to join our Finance & Accounts team. The candidate will assist with daily accounting activities, financial documentation, invoice processing, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Roles and Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Maintain financial records, vouchers, invoices, and bills.
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Assist in preparing and verifying invoices and payment records.
Help with bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
Maintain purchase and sales records.
Assist with GST-related documentation and basic TDS activities.
Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding bills, payments,



and supporting documents.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Familiarity with Tally or other accounting software is an added advantage.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and invoice processing is preferred.
Positive numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Educational Qualification
B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), or any relevant commerce/finance qualification.
