Job Title: Senior Accountant - Real Estate

Job Brief:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with real estate industry experience to manage financial accounts, taxation, and project billing in Nashik.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting, ledger maintenance, vendor payments, and client billing.
Prepare GST returns, TDS compliance, RERA account audits, and Income Tax filings.
Maintain cash flow statements, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial reports.
Coordinate with internal site teams and external auditors for real estate project accounts.

Requirements:
B.Com / M.Com / Inter CA.
3–6 years of core accounting experience in real estate / construction.
Hands-on proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and GST portals.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
