Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor cum Admin

​Job Summary:

​We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Site Supervisor cum Admin to oversee daily site operations, manage site workers, and maintain administrative records. The ideal candidate will ensure that work progresses smoothly, safety standards are followed, and site documentation is up to date.

​Key Responsibilities.

​Site Supervision: Supervise daily site activities, construction progress, and worker productivity.

​Labor & Attendance Management: Manage site workers, record daily attendance, and track work hours/wages.

​Material & Inventory Tracking: Oversee stock/materials received on-site, handle local site purchases, and maintain material registers.

​Administrative Documentation: Maintain site logbooks, bills, petty cash expenses, and send daily work updates to management/engineers.

​Safety & Coordination: Ensure workers follow site safety rules and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and clients.

​Requirements / Qualifications:





​Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or any Graduation / Plus Two with relevant experience.

​Experience: Minimum [1–2 years] of experience in construction site supervision or administration.

​Skills:

​Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site safety.

​Basic computer skills (MS Excel, WhatsApp communication, basic billing).

​Strong leadership, site control, and communication skills (Malayalam & basic English).

​Ability to handle local vendors and material logistics.

​Job Details:

​Job Type: Full time

​Salary: ₹[15,000 - 18500] per month ( salary will be increased based on performance and experience)

​Schedule: Day shift (Site hours)

​Work Location: [Chengannoor]

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
