Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Planning: Designs and updates lesson plans, syllabi, and academic calendars to meet board standards (such as CBSE, ICSE, or international curricula). [1, 2, 3]
Teacher Mentoring: Observes classrooms, evaluates teaching methods, and provides training or guidance to help teachers improve. [1, 2]
Student Performance Tracking: Monitors test scores, attendance, and learning progress, and coordinates remediation for struggling students. [1, 2]
Policy Implementation: Works closely with the Principal or Head of School to enforce academic policies and maintain school-wide discipline and quality. [1]

Typical Qualifications
Education: A Master’s degree in Education (M.Ed.) or a Post-Graduate degree in a core subject paired with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.).
Experience: Generally 4 to 10+ years of teaching and prior leadership or coordination experience in a school setting. [

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
