EXPERIENCE: Min.05 Years and above in Operations / Back Office in Jewelry / Gems / Diamond Industry.
QUALIFICATIONS: Any Graduate
Software Knowledge: Ms. Office must
JOB RESPONSIBITIES
Will be responsible for overall operations from production phase till delivery arrangements.
Will be handling a team of back office coordinators and getting the day to day work done.
Will be responsible for all the communication between various internal office departments, HODs and US office.
Preparing various reports from production to dispatch on customized software (Training will be provided).
Should be pro-active with high commitment level.
Should have eye for details and valuable presence of mind to point out any discrepancies in the working operations or communication with and within the department.
Should have valuable English communication skills (Verbal and Writing).
