Gynepedia Women Wellness Clinic is a recent women's-health polyclinic in Lake Gardens, Kolkata, led by Dr Ushasi Mukherjee. We are looking for an Appointment & Clinic Operations Manager to run the front desk and day-to-day patient flow. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the doctor's appointment calendar and OPD queue; confirm, remind and reschedule patients by phone and WhatsApp
Patient registration, billing and collections; daily cash / UPI tally
Book scans and lab tests, coordinate sample pickup and reports with our partner lab
Patient follow-ups and reminders (antenatal visits, test results, review appointments)




Handle patient queries and complaints politely at the front desk
Keep the reception and waiting area organised; coordinate with clinic assistants and housekeeping
Share a straightforward daily report (appointments, footfall, collections, pending follow-ups)

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
1+ years in front office / appointments / patient coordination / billing at a clinic, hospital or diagnostic centre
Fluent in Bengali and English; Hindi is a plus
Comfortable with computers, Excel, WhatsApp Business and billing / appointment software
Polite, organised and calm with patients
Lives in or near South Kolkata

WHAT WE OFFER
Rs 15,000 - 25,000 per month fixed, based on experience
