Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and confident communicator for the position of Backend Support – Operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with international clients, primarily based in Europe, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operational activities.

Key Responsibilities
Communicate professionally with international clients, primarily across Europe, through emails, phone calls, and other communication channels.
Handle backend operational activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve queries and operational issues.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and client-related information.
Follow up on pending requests and ensure timely responses to client requirements.




Build and maintain professional relationships with international clients.
Ensure smooth workflow and productive coordination across operational processes.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1+ year of experience in international customer support, client coordination, or a similar role involving international clients.
Excellent English fluency is mandatory, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with European clients.
Positive email-writing, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
Solid attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
