Job Responsibilities – Baker (FMCG Production)
Prepare puff pastries, patties, bread, buns, and other bakery products.
Handle dough preparation, mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking.
Maintain product quality, taste, texture, and consistency.
Operate bakery machinery and equipment safely.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Monitor raw material usage and minimize production wastage.
Ensure daily production targets are achieved on time.
Maintain proper product storage, freshness, and packaging.
Coordinate with the production and quality control teams.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
